Senator Wilken offered Amendment No. 1 : Page 1, line 2, after "campaign" Insert: "; and providing for an effective date" Page 1, line 7: Insert: "* Sec. 2. This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c)." Senator Wilken moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 1. Without objection, Amendment No. 1 was adopted. Senator Leman moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.
